Yes. We fine-tune models to your domain vocabulary, which includes multilingual content where relevant. If your documents mix English and Bahasa Malaysia — as is common in Malaysian legal and policy contexts — we account for this during the model tuning phase.
What is the AI Workshop format — online or in-person?
We offer both formats depending on your team's preference. In-person sessions in the Klang Valley allow for more interactive exercises. Remote delivery works well for distributed teams. The 1–2 week format means sessions are spread across several shorter half-day meetings rather than a single intensive block.
How is pricing structured — is it fixed or hourly?
Our listed prices are fixed-scope engagements. If your needs differ from the standard scope, we discuss a tailored arrangement during the initial consultation. We aim to be straightforward about what's included so there are no surprises.
How is our data handled during a project?
We sign a data processing agreement before any project begins. Your data is used solely for the purposes of the engagement, is not retained beyond the agreed period, and is never used to train models for other clients. We can discuss specific storage and jurisdiction requirements on request.
